Acquisition by treatment
Search and social built around veneers, aligners, implants and smile makeovers, with before and after creative that stays inside platform and dental advertising rules.
Fractional CMO for aesthetic dentistry
I'm Monica Hacker, a fractional CMO for cosmetic and aesthetic dental practices. Veneers, clear aligners, implants and whitening patients by treatment, a consult path that books, and one senior person accountable for the number.
Part of my healthcare work. Based in New York and Miami.
$10M+in ad spend managed
6.2xreturn on ad spend
$2MARR, grown from $300K for one brand
60%lower cost to acquire a customer
“She doesn't just come in and tell you what you should be doing. She actually gets in there and does it.”
HuggiesThe pattern
The usual setup is an SEO agency, a Google Ads account bidding on "dentist near me", and a front desk juggling recalls and new patient calls. The veneer and implant inquiries worth the most get the slowest follow up. Nobody knows what a booked cosmetic case costs, or how many consults actually say yes.
So I start with the whole path. Which treatments bring the cases you want, where inquiries drop between the ad and the consult chair, and how many consults turn into accepted treatment plans. Then the plan, in priority order.
What I run
01
Search and social built around veneers, aligners, implants and smile makeovers, with before and after creative that stays inside platform and dental advertising rules.
02
Booking that works on a phone, fast follow up on cosmetic inquiries, financing up front, and consult scripts that move treatment plans to yes.
03
Recall and hygiene patients moved toward cosmetic work, reviews, referrals, and reporting on cost per accepted case.
Who this is for
A cosmetic or general dental practice with one or a few locations that wants more veneer, aligner and implant cases, with real media spend and an agency producing calls that don't turn into accepted treatment. Usually the dentist owner is running the practice, and what's missing is someone senior who owns the number.
This sits inside my healthcare work. I also go deeper on multi location practices and med spas and aesthetic clinics.
Where to start
A prioritized read on case acquisition, the consult funnel, case acceptance and retention, delivered in 5 days.
What I look at first
Owns patient growth end to end: strategy, paid search and social by treatment, the booking path from click to consult, case acceptance, retention, and reporting on cost per accepted case. With me you also get the AI system that keeps the reporting and first pass work running.
From $8,500 a month, 4 month minimum, review at month 3. Paid acquisition on its own from $4,500 a month. A Growth Audit is $1,500, and it's how most engagements kick off.
Yes, inside the rules. Platforms and state dental boards limit how results and claims are shown, and healthcare tracking has its own limits. I build creative and measurement that stay compliant and still convert.
Yes. Most practices do both, and the plan protects the hygiene schedule while it grows the cosmetic and implant side, where the margins are.
What I do
I take on a few new clients each quarter. If your practice is ready to grow, let's talk.
Book a call →Thirty minutes. Bring your numbers, or just bring the problem. You'll leave knowing what I'd fix first.
